Are the food and drinks included in my ticket?
Yes, all of the items mentioned in the ticket description are included within the ticket price.
Can I bring my own food and drinks in?
No. Only food and drinks purchased at this event can be consumed on the premises.
How will I receive my ticket?
All tickets will be sent via email within 24 hours of the purchase. You will need to bring this with you on the day.
Can I pay on the door?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance.
Can I park at the venue?
There is no parking on site but there is some parking on nearby streets, both free and pay and display.
Will there be adverts shown before the movie?
No. Final entry will be 15 minutes before the movie start time, so please be on time!
I booked online but I haven't received my ticket. What should I do?

What time does the movie start?
The time for each screening is different. Each movie starts 60 minutes after the advertised time. Final entry will be 15 minutes before the screen time.
Are seats allocated?
No. Ushers will show you to your seating section depending on which ticket you have purchased, but the seats within these sections are not allocated. The earlier you arrive, the more seating choices you will have!
What happens if it rains?
The venue is indoors, heated and carpeted. So the outside weather won't make any difference at all!
Can children attend?
Of course! There is an option to purchase children's tickets for movies made for younger audiences.
Is there disabled access?
All movie screenings will have full disabled access. Please contact us at if you require any further information.
Can I get a refund or change the date for my ticket?
We do not offer refunds or date changes for this event. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
